Dearest,
How are you? How long has it been since your feet have had direct contact Papatūanuku (mother earth)? It's amazing how rejuvenating it can be - except if you stand on a prickle then the experience isn't so great!

Tell me something that's surprised you recently. I shouldn't get surprised, but it still amazes me how we seem to get exactly what we need at just the right time in this life. Whether that's a life lesson or a wonderful stroke of luck. A life lesson is normally the most wonderful stroke of luck, it's just normally too raw or too soon for us to recognise it as that just yet.
I'm currently surrounded by a garden that is coming to life, though the blossoms ability to stay around long enough to be pollinated is being severely tested by the Spring winds. They seem to be harsher this year - almost as if they are trying to wipe the slate clean. What are you surrounded by?
I sometimes wish I had that ability, to wipe the slate clean, but I guess that's not the human experience. We become a being shaped by each and every day. By our habits, whether we deem those habits "good" or "bad". If they are the habits we practice, then they will feed into the person we are becoming.
Our becoming is the constant to our last breath. It's both magical and dauting that. To our very last breath we are becoming. Oh I hope you are consciously thinking about this. The life you want to live, how you want to live, how you want to feel. That's the magical part - anything is possible. It's also the daunting part - the reality that it is up to us - simultaneously freeing and fear inducing - lets embrace both and then let them flow on through never grasping or holding too long or tight.
How about we support each other in taking action while feeling fearful. To get clear on what we want. To be cheerleaders for each other so we have no option but to believe in ourselves.
I have no doubt that this wonderful life is a gift and perhaps this week we can share that gift through a random act of kindness. It would be wonderful to hear what you do and how it made you feel.
I do hope, in the not too distant future, you get to experience a random act of kindness yourself.
Take care dearest, of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our wonderful world.
You are worthy - always
Ngā manaakitanga
