Dearest

How were the first moment of your day? Did your eyes open and your mind filled with possibilities or did the desire to crawl deep under the sheets to avoid the dread of the day wash over you?

I do hope those sleepy eyes managed to see the wonders you already have surrounding you each and every moment.

Waking to blue skies with morning air so still if feels like the birds could stop flapping their wings and they would just remain suspended there. The early spring dew transforms the grass to blankets of glittering diamonds and the golden soft light embraces the blossoms outside my window.

Blossom's - aren't they wonderful! So small and so delicate. Breaking through woody and lifeless looking branches they remind us that amazing things are happening below that bark, out of our sight, deep under the surface. Some will be blown away in the winds that seem to arrive too soon. My fingers are crossed to see how many can transform into plump and juicy fruit. One of life's joy triggers is to pick fruit from the tree and take a bite right there.

Nature really does nurture us doesn't she. Time spent with her is never wasted. She reminds us there is a time for growth and a time for rest. There are times of abundance and harvest and times spent preparing and planting.

What season are you in at the moment? Reaping a harvest or is it a time to prune things away - both literally and figuratively. I hope you can see the beauty and potential wherever you find yourself. That you allow yourself to be in the moment.

And perhaps before you close your eyes tonight you can decide something wonderful for tomorrow so when those eyes open, a positive vibe will start your day.

Take care dearest - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our wonderful world.

You are worthy - always
