Wonderful surprises

Dearest,
How is your posture? Are you reading this slumped over, your midline collapsed into itself? As I write, that's exactly the position I've assumed - my bad! Lets take a moment to cherish our bodies by aligning them how nature intended. Heart up, shoulders down and back. Abdominals engaged, giving our internal organs the space they deserve. Now a few deep and conscious breathes to fill our lungs with fresh clean air.

Feel better?
Have you experience any lovely surprises this week? An unplanned catch up with someone who always makes you feel energised? A moment in which nature reminded you how truly spectacular she is - a sunrise, the way light slipped through the trees, a butterfly pausing in close proximity, dramatic cloud formations, a bubbling waterway or the never to be repeated sunrise?
I hope you are giving yourself the space to experience the joy triggers that weave through each of our days, hidden only by our busy minds.
I've got five more working days left this year. Another working year done. But this year I'm appreciating the paid leave I have as an employee. The ability to turn off the phone and computer and put my work responsibilities aside. Next year that all changes. I'm so excited for what's going to unfold. Is there any changes you are looking forward to?
Do you get to switch off completely over the holiday season or will each day be just like any other day of the year?
Whatever your days include, I hope you can create some joy for yourself in whatever way you need. That you continue to practice gratitude and acceptance. And some good posture - I don't know about you but my midline has resumed its collapsed state that it was in as I started writing this letter. I guess its good that I noticed!
Take care dearest - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and of our wonderful world.
You are worthy - always
Ngā manaakitanga
