Dearest,

How are you today? Is it a day that you awoke with anticipation of what beauty you would be surround by?

I’m always amazing how much more beauty I see around me when I remain present. Even on a grey day you can still find awe in the forms the clouds take and the varying shades of grey - have never counted 50 though - maybe I just didn’t look hard enough 😉.

What have you been up to? I hope you’ve carved out time with wonderful people. The kind that energise you. The kind that inspire you as, together, you discuss ideas and dreams. Or have you been surrounded by those who spread heaviness and think small? Whose talk is of judgement and other people. Gossip is toxic and like all toxic things, best avoided.

Who are the wonderful people in your life? When can you next catch up with them? Maybe you can reach out to them this week to arrange a catch up or even just to say you were thinking of them. Those random, unexpected txt, seeking nothing are wonderful.

This photo was taken at sunset on one of those still late summer nights. There is a contentment I feel when I look at it. Natures beauty in the simple things, like this fig tree never cease to amaze me - there are no filters used either - this photo is exactly as that moment unfolded. Are there any pictures that are like a blanket, wrapping you in warm fuzzies when you gaze upon them transporting you back to that place and time.

Wishing you wonderful experiences as you go about sharing kindness in a world that can sometimes feel harsh and cold. Together, with each small action, I have no doubt that we can create ripples beyond anything we can comprehend.

Take care - of yourself, of others, of your thoughts, of your actions and our wonderful world.

You are worthy - always

Ngā manaakitanga (many blessings)

xx
